EM7, Version 4.1

We’re pleased to announce the release of EM7 Version 4.1. Primarily a maintenance release, Version 4.1 also includes a set of feature enhancements requested by our customers. Some highlights:

- Parent-Child Ticket Relationships
- Bulk Acknowledgement and Clearing of Events
- XML Polling for Dynamic Applications
- New and Modified Dynamic Applications

Version 4.1 will be available to new customers starting December 6th. To ensure a smooth transition to Version 4.1 for current customers, we will:

1) Contact customers over the next month to coordinate a convenient time to perform the upgrade together
2) Hold a live customer training webinar to cover what has changed and answer any additional questions
3) Make the recorded webinar available for customers that cannot attend the live event and for general review

The 4.1 Customer Training Webinars will be held on:

Tuesday 12/5 at 2pm EST
Wednesday 12/6 at 11am EST
